Charette and Kuhre

In a reference in this review to those engaged in the painting, decorating, and paper hanging business it behooves us to make special mention of such a firm of Charette & Kuhre, whose office and residence is in McPherson block. The firm has been in business for two years and is well known for the excellency, superiority and reliability of its work, interior hard wood finish being a specialty. The partners of the firm are experienced and practical tradesmen whose fine workmanship has attracted the attention of those interested in the building of homes and thus they have obtained a good class and steadily increasing trade.

J. H. Miller

It is a remarkable fact that Fort Collins has in a degree unequalled by any city of similar size in the state representatives of the various branches of trade usually only found in more populous communities. In witness whereof we would refer to the candy establishment of Mr. J. H. Miller, located at No. 131 North College avenue. Mr. Miller is a manufacturer and retail dealer in all kinds of hand-made pure candies, choice chocolate, and all similar goods in this line. His goods are acknowledged to have the qualifications of purity and freshness and in consequence are in popular demand. His store is tidy and stocked well with his tempting merchandise. Mr. Miller hails from Pennsylvania, is affiliated with the Odd Fellows, and is an industrious, respected and loyal citizen.
