Fort Collins National Bank

The substantiality and prosperity of a city's banking institutions reflect the thrift, industry and enterprise of its citizens and the commercial or industrial importance of the city. Fort Collins enjoys the privilege of having well conducted and successful banking institutions, and one of these is the Fort Collins National Bank. This bank was established about five years ago and has had a career marked by steady growth, excellent management, and increasing popularity. The bank has large resources, a fire proof vault, and does a large general banking business, including collections. The officers of the bank are Mr. J. A. Brown, president; Mr. R. Breniman, vice-president; Mr. G. A. Webb, cashier, and Mr. B. A. Gage, assistant cashier, all men of high repute in business, financial and social circles, who have the confidence and esteem of the citizens in general and their patrons in particular.

James Morger

The real estate, loan and insurance business has attracted many of our citizens who have been quick to perceive the opportunities offered by the city to those engaged in that line. Mr. Morger is a well and favorably known figure in the city's business life and has been in the vicinity for over twenty-five years. He buys and sells city real estate, farm lands, ranches, etc., conducts a loan and insurance business, and is one of the city's most enthusiastic and loyal business men and citizens. He is large hearted, free mannered, and in a marked degree enjoys the confidence and respect of his numerous friends and clients. All interests entrusted to his care are carried out faithfully and to the best advantage of his patrons. His office is at No. 139 South College avenue and purchasers and investors alike can depend on obtaining from him candid statements of houses, etc., he has for sale or on which money can be safely and profitably loaned.
