T.J. Montgomery

Mr. Montgomery is one of the best known and most honorable business men in the city. He has for a long period of years conducted with eminent success a large business in real estate, loans and insurance. He is a notary public, has an office at No. 10 Rohling block, and is an authority on local real estate values, etc. Mr. Montgomery is a man of unfailing courtesy and unsullied honor who takes an intelligent interest in the affairs of the city of which he is so valuable a citizen. He is well known in public affairs, having been clerk and recorder of Larimer County from 1881 to 1886. Prior thereto Mr. Montgomery was for a number of years railroad agent.

St. Clair Brothers

In a particularly well appointed and attractive store at 160 North College avenue, Mr. St. Clair conducts a large family grocery trade, assisted by four capable and experienced clerks. The business has been established for over four years and is of such volume as to demand the keeping of four horse and two delivery wagons. Mr. St. Clair is a firm believer in handling only high grade goods and is careful in selecting only competent and intelligent help. He has thus secured a popular and appreciative patronage. He is a native of Iowa and while an energetic and diligent merchant he fails not in the duties of good citizenship. He is well known in fraternal circles, being a member of the Elks, W. O. W. and other lodges.
