Description	Black and white photograph of the fire house located on the 200 Block of Walnut Street on the north side. The photograph taken by Tom Peace in 1983. This was the town's first fire hall and was built in 1882. When the town leaders decided to build the fire hall, they also built the town's first city hall. The fire hall was on the first floor and city offices were located on the second floor. The original cost of the structure was between $2000 and $3500. The fire hall was in use until 1958.
