The newly-completed plant begins full operation June 15, 1936. The equipment is the most up-to-date and efficient that money can buy, thus assuring the highest standard of business efficiency. The organization headed by Manager G. H. Palmes is experienced and adequately trained. There is the unanimous desire to serve you and to please you. The rates afforded Fort Collins customers, make the use of each and every modern electric applicance of distinct advantage to the consumer. The average Fort Collins rate is among the lowest one-fourth for the entire United States. This average rate is $3.10 per 60 kilowatt hours.
