DescriptionBlack and white photograph of a Poland China gilt hog owned by Roy Kimball of Route 1, Fort Collins, Colorado. The hog is part of an agricultural project being done by the Fort Collins High School student. Photo and article appeared in the January 14, 1938 edition of the "Fort Collins Express-Courier, " page 3. The photographer and feature writer, William Reddick Martin, was working for the "Fort Collins Express-Courier" in 1937-38, and these are his photographs that accompanied his articles. Mr. Martin was born February 10, 1914 and died July 2, 2005 in Denver, Colorado.
