The building is falling apart in the background and there are three people standing in front of the building next to a automobile. On th back of the photograph is "The last house left standing in the old ghost town of Teller in North Park. It was a saloon and dance hall. This picture was taken in 1919. 1938 - It was all gone. The people are Mr. Wm Kerr, wife and sone. He was one of the first claim holders in the Teller Boom days." in pencil.
