"This magnificent home designed and built by Carl Nelson (1917 Sheely Dr.) has open beamed living and dining areas centered about a Mediterranean turquoise stone fireplace. Mr. and Mrs. J. A. Harden of 1801 Country Club Road are the developers of the "incomparable Nedrah Acres".
